Shipping Policy

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing time for regular orders prior to shipment notifications being sent. We ship from Santa Clarita, CA from Monday-Saturday. We currently ship only to US addresses via UPS or USPS. Please note that there are no shipping pickups by USPS or UPS on Sundays. Large orders are subject to additional processing and lead time.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. If a gift has been returned non-deliverable to us by mail, you will be notified via email. You will have 5 days to respond with a new shipping address or the gift will be restocked and the order cancelled without a refund.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our gift boxes we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. We are confident that your recipients will be overjoyed with your gift. Should an item arrive damaged, we’ll happily replace the item at our expense.
