BOX DROP

  • Once a month we drop a small batch of unique curated boxes on a first come, first serve basis. The boxes are handpicked by M+C and/or with other featured collaborators. The box drop will only be while supplies last.

  • Our next box drop dates are always communicated on our homepage. Future box drops are also announced to our Instagram and email.

  • We are first come, first serve, and do not offer pre-orders.

SHIPPING + LOCAL PICK UP

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing time for regular orders prior to shipment notifications being sent. Orders take 3-6 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where they're going. We ship Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays. We do not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and annually 12/24-1/1.

  • While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost.

  • We ship anywhere in the United States .

    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Yes! We happily offer free pick up. We are located in Santa Clarita, California.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Any Mylo + Co. Studio gift box, custom built gift box and the items curated in them are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • Due to the customized nature of our gift boxes we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. We are confident that your recipients will be overjoyed with your gift. Should an item arrive damaged, we’ll happily replace the item at our expense.

  • No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.
